Dr. Orlando Monteiro Da Silva

Orlando Monteiro da Silva is the President of the Portuguese Association of Liberal Professionals.
He previously served as the Chairman of the Portuguese Order of Dentists for approximately twenty years and led the major dental medicine organizations at international level.
He pursued postgraduate studies in HealthCare Management, Bioethics and Regulation.
In recognition of his contributions, he received an Honorary Doctorate, Honoris Causa, from the University of Porto
Orlando Monteiro da Silva was born in Porto, lived and studied in Germany where he was influenced by the model of liberal democracies and market economies.
