What does the posturological approach in dentistry mean - general statements
The advantages of the posturological examination for the complete diagnostic protocol in the dental practice is the subject of current scientific and applied interest. In recent decades, medicine has gone beyond the strict profiling and the interdisciplinary approach to the patient has been intensified in the treatment process.
The aim of this lecture is to present to the general audience of dentists the possibilities of the initial posturological examination and the advantages of its application in the diagnosis of patients with functional pathology. Some basic tests and techniques are considered, which enrich and supplement the information in the diagnostic stage.
