Concept for esthetic modelling of teeth based on module technologies

Presentation will show results from scientific and practical research done from. Prof. Larisa Lomiashvili in Omsk University about problems with teeth modelling and esthetic restorations. Methodologic approach for reconstruction of loss teeth is based on Morphogenesis, Philogenesys, Morphology and clinical Anatomy of human dentition. Original processes of modeling the teeth united in a single system are shown. Teeth structure is developed from a specific point of view – unification of modules-odontomers: teeth leaning towards a firs order fissure. Canines are defined “fractal unit” that can be used to create different teeth. Step by step illustrations help to get acquainted in detail with stages of modelling, creation of overall outlines of teeth, consistent information of the surface relief, formation of channels of first, second and third order.
