Complex digital planning of dental treatment

During the lecture, the main methods of digital planning of removable and non-removable prosthetics will be described. The author's digital treatment planning protocol will be dismantled in detail. Today, dentists use differents 3D programs in their practice to plan and model treatment, such as 3Shape, Exocad, Avantis, DSD and others. We conducted a functional comparison of the most famous 3D programs used in dentistry.
The developed protocol for the manufacture of full dentures will also be described in detail. Using an intermediate version of full dentures made on a 3D printer, we can get a guaranteed functional result of the final prosthesis

Apresyan Samvel, PhD, DDS, Professor of RUDN

Apresyan Samvel was born May 23, 1987 in Turkmenistan. In 2009 he graduated with honors from RUDN (Moscow), in 2012 he defended his dissertation work. Since 2014, heads the Association of Digital Dentistry of Russia. He was awarded the Order of the 1st degree for his contribution to Russian dentistry, a medal for his contribution to dentistry of Kazakhstan. He is an visiting professor at the Yerevan Institute (Armenia)
