Peter Goryalov holds a MA in Industrial Management graduate at the Technical University-Sofia. Irina Goryalova has an MA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. They are both certified as professional coaches by The Academy of Coaching in San Francisco, USA, in a 120-hour ACSTH program, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). They have both completed dozens of courses in the field of sustainable organizational leadership in Europe, USA and Asia in the last 13 years.


In 2006 they co-founded DreamersDo – premium provider of organizational leadership services for CEOs and their management teams. In their work with companies ranging from 20 to 2,500 employees in various industries, including healthcare and dentistry, they are pioneering cutting-edge sustainable organizational leadership and management methodologies that are applied by the most advanced companies in Europe and USA.


Their best practice for sustainable organizational leadership with the financial company EOS Matrix was selected for “The Global Business Guide for the Successful Use of Coaching in Organizations”, published in 2010 in Germany, along with those of 22 organizations, among which NASA, SAP, the BBC, PepsiCo, UNIQA, Nordea Bank, T-Mobile, etc. It is the first internationally recognized best practice from Bulgaria.


They are co-founders of the ICF Bulgaria Chapter (ICF is the leading professional organization, which sets ‘the golden standard’ in the coaching profession worldwide. For their leadership and contribution to establishing the coaching profession in Bulgaria in 2011 in Las Vegas they have been awarded with one of the two greatest recognitions in the coaching industry worldwide – The ICF President’s Award.


In 2010 they started the public conversation about the future of management in Bulgaria with their visionary article “Managers 2020: From survival, to recovery to prosperity”, published by Manager magazine, which inspired a year-long regular column on the topic with some the leading management experts globally and Bulgarian CEOs as guest contributors.


In 2013 they have been featured in a profile interview, titled “Shaping Bulgaria”, on the cover of “Coaching at Work”, the leading magazine in the coaching industry, published in the UK and renowned worldwide. Irina has translated “The 8th Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness” by Stephen Covey – one of the most significant books in the field of organizational leadership and management. Irina and Peter are regular contributors on management topics in Manager Magazine with over 30 articles. They have more than 40 interviews for leading media in Bulgaria.
