Peter Goryalov holds a MA in Industrial Management graduate at the Technical University-Sofia. Irina Goryalova has an MA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. In 2010 they started the public conversation about the future of management in Bulgaria with their visionary article “Managers 2020: From survival, to recovery to prosperity”, published by Manager magazine, which inspired a year-long regular column on the topic with some the leading management experts globally and Bulgarian CEOs as guest contributors.

In 2013 they have been featured in a profile interview, titled “Shaping Bulgaria”, on the cover of “Coaching at Work”, the leading magazine in the coaching industry, published in the UK and renowned worldwide.
